Located in Copenhagen's North Harbour district, Andersen & Maillard offers a particularly hot industrial aesthetic, complemented by references to Japanese and Scandinavian design traditions.

The café is characterized by soft, inviting textures and tactile wood elements, and is completed by details such as cherry and mahogany wood furniture, a travertine tabletop and a hand-carved sink in solid Carrara marble.

In the bakery, designed by Danielle Siggerud Architects, SP faucets in matte chrome adorn the restrooms and dining area, where they serve as drinking fountains.
