Ghent Palace

In an old Belgian mansion built between 1775 and 1800, interior designer Isabel Soenen has designed and renovated her unique home with a great respect for the house's old elements and stunning original details.

Under rustic wooden beams, the bathroom is linked to the bedroom and wardrobe. The antique steel bathtub was originally part of the house, but has been moved from the first to the second floor during the renovation. The heavy bathtub rests on solid Brass lion feet, which are echoed in the wall-mounted faucet faucet, adding to the room's sense of old craftsmanship in addition to its function.
