Kappo Andō

Born from a year-long dream, Kappo Andō opened its doors in winter 2022. Located in Østerbro, Copenhagen, the restaurant is a collaboration between sake sommelier Henrik Ando Levinsen and chefs Akiko Ando Levinsen and Mads Battefeld Hansen (from Sushi Anaba).

The Heritage collection and the classic Christiansborg faucet can be found in the restaurant's bathroom, while the Christiansborg Brass faucet from the Elements series is centrally placed on the tabletop in the dining area and bar, instantly delivering both filtered and boiling water at a touch.
