Reference Project
In Orient, on the North Fork of Long Island, an early-20th-century farmhouse has been thoughtfully reimagined as a relaxed family retreat.
Working with General Assembly, owners Andrea Arria-Devoe and Mike Maguire transformed the historic property around the rhythms of summer living, from busy mornings in the kitchen to afternoons by the pool and long dinners outdoors.
The result is a home that feels rooted in its history while comfortably accommodating contemporary family life.
